Great pace over the weekend having not been to PFI for nearly a year.
Qualified 10th in timed qualifying.
Heat 1 unfortunately got caught up in an accident that spun me into the grass and left me last with lots to do…managed to push hard and make my way back up to 11th but due to a drop down penalty I finished 14th ☹️
Heat 2 although I tried pushing I just couldn’t make up places seeing me finish 10th…later found out that after my accident in heat 1 my brakes had shifted and so stuck on whenever I tried to turn left…not helpful 😆
Final was a battle all the way through with some seriously fast drivers out there and some great battles trying to protect my position ending P9, which wasn’t the end of the world…I’d hoped for better but gained plenty of experience and had lots of fun along the way.
Well done to my teammates @owen65neave for P2, Noah Pikes for P5 and our youngest driver @harrytaylorracing for P16 after having to learn the track.
Well done to my good mate @mini_bish_racing for an awesome win in Mini X
Lastly thanks to Cal @c.h.d.d for all the help and direction throughout the weekend.
